Litigation
The Principal of Pringle Law, Pamela Pringle, has extensive experience in this area throughout her career as a Civil and Commercial Litigator both on the Island and formerly as a Practising English Solicitor in the UK. Prior to returning to the Isle of Man, Ms Pringle practiced in the Courts in Liverpool, Manchester and London handling large commercial disputes as well as matters for private clients. Ms Pringle has had extensive Court experience both on and off Island. In addition she has a dedicated team behind her to support the work she does in Court to enable her to prepare cases to a very high standard.
Mrs Pringle currently deals with complex cross jurisdictional disputes with particular emphasis upon trust related and shareholder disputes, emergency injunctive and discovery remedies; Financial Services; Contractual Disputes; Individual and Corporate Insolvency Planning and Building Disputes.
Ms Pringle also deals with Employment Law, Family Law, Mental Health Tribunal work and White Collar Crime. In addition, Ms Pringle handles Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury claims. The busy Litigation Department also handles a wide variety of domestic disputes e.g. boundary disputes etc.
