Pringle Law is able to give clear and concise advice on every aspect of making a Will to ensure the smooth management of an estate to make certain upon death that assets are dealt with according to a client's wishes.
Upon request, Pringle Law will provide a Wills Questionnaire for clients to complete to help cover most of the issues which will be necessary to instruct an Advocate to prepare a Will.
Pringle Law also deals with the obtaining of Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration on behalf of clients both on and off the Island (off the Island where a deceased died off Island but held assets in the Isle of Man).
Pringle Law deals with all aspects of administrating an estate, collecting in the assets, paying liabilities, obtaining the grant and drawing up estate accounts, distributing the estate, advertising for any creditors etc.
The firm often advises new residents to the Island on all aspects of relocation to the Isle of Man including residence restrictions and immigration issues, making an Isle of Man Will and handling the purchase of property, taxation advice etc.
