Pamela was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in January 1989, and called to the Manx Bar in June 1994. Pamela is also a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public.
From 1986 to 1992, Pamela worked for large practices in London, Manchester and Liverpool. Whilst working in England Pamela specialised wholly in Commercial and Civil Litigation and Family Law. She was involved in numerous high profile cases proceeding in the Royal Courts of Justice at the Strand in London as well as in the High Court in Manchester and Liverpool.
Pamela returned to her birth place, the Isle of Man, in 1992 to commence training for the Manx Bar with Dickinson Cruickshank (now Appleby). After being called to the Manx Bar in June 1994, Pamela chose to continue to specialise in Commercial and Civil Litigation, and she was involved in many offshore and cross-jurisdictional Commercial and Civil Litigation cases whilst working at Dickinson Cruickshank, Simcocks and Gough and Co.
In May 2002, Pamela decided to open her own Legal Practice, then known as Pamela Pringle Advocates.
Pamela is also FSC approved to act as a Director of Corporate Service Providers, and is currently a Director of Grant Thornton (Isle of Man) Limited.
