Members of our Criminal Litigation Department have 25 years’ experience of handling Criminal Defence work. We act in cases ranging from Road Traffic and Public Order Offences; Financial Crime; Fraud; Money Laundering; Drugs cases; Sexual Offences; Assaults; Rape; and Murder.

We have experience dealing with the full range of Criminal offences.

We can assist you with:

• Representation at the Police Station following Arrest;
• Representation for all offences before the Courts of Summary Jurisdiction;
• Representation at the Court of General Gaol Delivery (for more serious  offences);
• Representation before the Staff of Government Division on Appeals against either Conviction, and/or Appeals against Sentence;

Our Advocates are members of both the Court Duty Advocate and Police Station Duty Advocate Panels, as well as being Criminal Legal Aid Panel Advocates. We also undertake private Criminal Defence work either self funded or funded by insurers.
